TLC Marketing Builds Dining Component To Spice Up AT&T’S ‘THANKS’ Program

The Challenge: AT&T was lacking a dining component within their customer recognition program, AT&T THANKS, which serves 66 million people nationwide.
They felt that the integration of one would significantly reduce customer churn.
The TLC Approach: Design, procure, activate and manage a highly-curated, custom dining rewards program exclusively for AT&T THANKS members, which consists of exciting, valuable offers negotiated with select chain and independent restaurants across the country.
The Success: The program’s very first dining partner, Blaze Pizza, was launched on 3/28/18 – ONLY valued AT&T THANKS members can take advantage of a $5 1-topping pizza.Two additional dining partner launches will take place in April, so watch this space.
