Sony has launched three UK-wide shopper promotions powered by TLC Marketing to share their football and summer enthusiasm with their consumers.

The global manufacturer of audio and video products capitalised on its sponsorship of the event this year in Brazil and wanted all its customers to get in the spirit of this summer filled with international football.

In partnership with Carphone Warehouse, customers purchasing a 4G Sony phone or tablet on pay monthly will be rewarded with a free 2014 World Cup Brazil Official Match Ball replica and a free retro football shirt.

TLC created also created a partnership between Sony and Toffs, the UK leading provider of old fashioned football shirt. Customers will be able to choose from more than 10 best selling national and team shirts at Toffs.com and will have the ability to personalise their shirt with a name and a number.

Customers purchasing a 4G Sony phone as sim free or on pay as you go, as well as customers purchasing a non 4G Sony phone will all receive a free 2014 World Cup Brazil Official Match Ball replica.

A third promotion was Sony In partnership with Three, customers purchasing Sony XperiaTM Z2, XperiaTM Z1, Z1 compact and Z Ultra on pay as you go, or monthly contract can claim a free £75 Sunglass Hut Gift card, to spend at Sunglass Hut on a high-end brand of sunglasses.

All promotions were created and are delivered by TLC Marketing, communicated through, in store leaflets & posters, online banners and CRM mailers. The sunglass hut promotion was taken above the line with Three promoting the deal in national newspapers.
