TLC opens new division

As we are enjoying a great summer of sports, from the World Cup to the Commonwealth Games, at TLC we felt there was no better time to announce the creation of a new division specializing in Sport marketing.
The growing Sports industry and its connection with the world of promotional campaigns, sponsorships and events is a reality. Just last week, Marketing Week reported that Pepsi and Britvic credited marketing around major sporting events such as the World Cup and the Tour de France for boosting drinks sales in Great Britain in the last quarter.
Consumers want to feel emotionally connected to their brands, and the values and passion that Sports generates are the perfect alternative to non-conventional communication.
The new division will be headed by Andrés Tortarolo with headquarters in Madrid, but will provide solutions to 14 countries.
Tartarolo has extensive experience in Sport marketing and within the entertainment industry. He has successfully hold the roles of Marketing Director for the ISAF Sailing World Championship, Sponsorship Manager at Audi MedCup Circuit and Director at Village Club Selection.
TLC hope to bring its expertise in promotions to the world of Sport Marketing including new innovative rewards, event sponsorships and promotional campaigns linked to international events and athletes.
