TLC Marketing UK ISO 9001:2015 Certified

TLC Marketing UK is pleased to announce it has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certificate by The British Standards Institute (BSI) for the provision of marketing related services including strategy, design, promotion, loyalty and rewards.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is an internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard. Designed as a powerful business improvement tool the certification is based on quality management principles that aim to continually improve and review processes throughout the business.

Achieving the ISO 9001:2015 certificate means clients and partners alike can have confidence in TLC Marketing’s commitment in providing the highest quality end-to-end service. Having undergone rigorous assessment, it has been concluded that TLC Marketing’s processes are more than compliant with the industry standard. 

As part of the certification process, all processes from board level down are laid out and reviewed. Any potential risks are identified and procedures set to ensure efficient management, keeping consequences to an absolute minimum.

As an established leader in the marketing industry, TLC Marketing have always appreciated how important it is to fully understand the Quality Management System. We have therefore spent over a year preparing for the certification, proving our dedication in continuing to lead the way. Now with this formal recognition, our clients and partners understand how seriously we take it.
