Supporting those who need it most at Christmas

After renovating a children’s care centre in the hot sun of Johannesburg, it’s time for the TLC Trust to help those closer to home, who are sleeping rough on the cold streets of London.
There are 8,000 homeless people in the capital and with so many people facing Christmas on the streets, we just had to do something.
Working with The Spitalfields Crypt Trust, we’ve created an office collection box, where the generous TLC staff have been donating clothes and toiletries. We want each item to feel like a genuine gift, which is why we’ve enlisted our very own office ‘elves’ to help wrap up each item in christmassy paper and ribbon.
Our good friends at The Drum have also offered to help, having their own donation box in their London head office whilst our generous client L’Oréal have also donated a palette of shampoo, shower gels and wipes. With all these donations, we’re helping to spread a little more Christmas cheer at the time for giving.
We will be sending all of our donations to The Spitalfields Crypt Trust, who provide practical help, support and training to people who have been homeless or who have suffered from addiction, poverty or social isolation.
If you’ve got anything you would like to donate, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to see what can be arranged or send anything to our address: 19 Harcourt Street, Marylebone, London, W1H 4HF.
Anything you wish to donate will be greatly appreciated, but please, no holes, stains or bad smells. We will be taking donations until the 15th of December 2017 before sending the gifts away on Santa’s Addison Lee.
