We are looking for the next Partnerships and Content specialist to join our fast-paced agency. 

Our ideal candidate will have experience in marketing or commercial partnerships in the American market. You will be responsible for managing and building our USA partnership network on behalf of a global client for a multi-territory campaign set to launch this year. You will be required to work from the London office, however the ability to be flexible with your hours is preferred as you may at times need to mirror the working day of the USA.

Job description

  • Source and build relationships with new partners and venues based in USA and secure new supplier contracts while maintaining good working relationships with existing partners
  • Research and source details of prospective suppliers in America through a variety of channels including local contact points and the internet
  • Calling potential new suppliers in America to develop effective relationships with the view to onboarding into the TLC network. You will be set a the target number of contracts to sign up
  • Maintain contact with previously interested venues on a daily basis
  • Provide information about TLC to prospective partners and explain what the company does (training and support will of course be given)
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate communication with external partners at all times and ensure effective working relationships are maintained with all new, existing and previous TLC suppliers and venues
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records on external partners
  • Produce feasibility reports following research and communications with prospective suppliers and handle product requests
  • Manage a portfolio of partners across a wide range of products via a CRM system
  • Structure daily workflow according to relevant briefings and target

Skills and Qualifications

  • A high standard of communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent telephone manner, ability to influence, confident, self-driven and able to work independently
  • Task driven and focuses on delivery of work
  • Organised and able to multi-task
  • Degree educated or equivalent would be advantageous but not essential if a good standard of education or experience is shown.
  • Confident in Excel, Word and internal CRM database systems
  • This role demands a high level of computer literacy

  • Delivers to the campaign brief 100% of the time – provides the necessary products/suppliers to the required volume
  • Closes on 1 in 5 contracts
  • Attains 30 contracts per month
  • Makes between 50 or more calls per day
  • Retains 90% of providers/venues
  • 5 supplier testimonials per month
  • Maintains on-going working relationships with partners
