IPM Diploma for Sabeena Sanghera

After six months of hard work and dedication, TLC Marketing’s Sabeena Sanghera, Partnership and Content Specialist, collected her Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM) Diploma last week. 

The Diploma is a well-respected qualification and is seen as the “best possible grounding” for those who are responsible for creating promotional marketing campaigns in the UK. To achieve an IPM Diploma, students had to undertake a series of assignments and complete a set brief, which involved writing a campaign from start to finish. All tasks covered various aspects of integrated communication campaigns and had to be completed in the students’ own time. 

On hand to present certificates to graduates were both IPM President Lord Black and Chairman John Sylvester.   

Sylvester said, “For marketers, expertise and professionalism have never been as important as they are today. Gaining one of our qualifications means you truly understand your subject and you have the right skills and grounding in the law, regulatory system and best practice to promote your clients and their brands effectively”. 

John Pearson, Managing Director of TLC Marketing, said, “At TLC Marketing, we always encourage staff to take part in the various courses available to them, that will enhance their skills and knowledge. Sabeena should be proud of herself as she has managed to excel in her IPM Diploma without it having any impact on her professionalism at work. She has been on hand to share her learnings with everyone in the office and we are all delighted with her latest success.”

Sabeena achieving her IPM Diploma comes as a fitting end to her London story. Next week, she bids farewell to the Capital upon her return to our Swansea office where she will continue to work as a Partnership and Content Specialist.
